Belt Squat Hammer

A plate-loaded belt squat: the load hangs from a hip belt instead of resting on the shoulders, so members can squat and lunge heavy with no load on the spine. Useful for athletes and members with back or shoulder limitations.

It is built on a CR metal (MS) frame — 50 × 100 mm section, 2.8 mm wall, CNC bent — with plate loading, a knob-adjusted seat, double-stitched foam upholstery and a heat-cured powder-coat finish on rubber feet. Printed size: 6' × 5' × 5' (L × W × H). It carries a 5-year warranty on the frame and moving parts against manufacturing defects. Plates are quoted separately or as a package with the machine. A good fit for commercial gyms, strength studios and athletes' training centres.
